As an ancillary facility of CIM, Jiayuan - the guesthouse facing Shiing-Shen Building, is located to the east of the main teaching building and about 100 meters east of the south gate of Nankai University, which can be easily reached by all means of transportation. Jiayuan covers a total area of 3000 square meters with both dining area and guest rooms well-designed. The dining area consists of private dining rooms as well as a hall of 200 square meters which can accommodate 140 people. Over 60 guest rooms can be provided including standard rooms, suites and deluxe suites. All rooms are well-equipped with private bathroom, telephone, television, refrigerator, air conditioner, wireless network and 24-hour hot water.
