The 7th Regional Meeting in Algebra was successfully held at the Chern Institute of Mathematics, Nankai University, from March 20 to 23, 2025. This event was organized under the guidance of the Scientific Committee chaired by Professor Efim Zelmanov (Southern University of Science and Technology) and Professor Jiping Zhang (Peking University). The Organizing Committee consisted of Professor Chengming Bai (Nankai University), Professor Vyacheslav Futorny (Southern University of Science and Technology), Dr. Guilai Liu (Nankai University) and Dr. Zhenyu Zhou (Nankai University). The meeting brought together over 40 scholars from Beijing, Tianjin, Guangdong, Shanghai, Anhui and Heilongjiang. It also served as one of the celebratory events marking the 40th anniversary of the Chern Institute of Mathematics.

A total of 13 lectures were delivered, covering algebra and its applications in related fields, as well as the latest global research achievements and advances in algebraic studies.

This event provided an excellent platform for experts and scholars to exchange ideas and insights, fostering future progress in algebra and related fields.
