The International Workshop on Representation Theory, Schubert Calculus and Spectral Theory was held at the Chern Institute of Mathematics, Nankai University from May 26 to 30, 2025. The Workshop Organizing Committee comprises Professor Cristian Lenart and Professor Changlong Zhong (University at Albany, State University of New York), Dr. Guilai Liu (Nankai University) and Professor Shoumin Liu (Shandong University). Attracting over 70 scholars from the United States, Japan and China, the workshop also served as one of the celebratory events marking the 40th anniversary of the Chern Institute of Mathematics.

A total of 15 academic talks were delivered at the workshop by invited speakers, including Professor Anders Buch (Rutgers University) and Professor Jennifer Morse (University of Virginia). Centering on the latest advancements in the global research fields of representation theory, as well as its applications in Schubert calculus and spectral theory, the talks further facilitated the development of relevant research fields.
