Dr. Liwei Yu officially joins Chern Institute of Mathematics recently. His research interests are quantum artificial intelligence and mathematical physics.

Liwei Yu graduated with a bachelor degree from Nankai University in 2011, graduated with a master degree from Nankai University in 2014, and received his doctorate at Nankai University in 2017. In 2016, he visited University of California, Santa Barbara as a joint PhD student for one year. He previously worked as postdoctoral fellow at Nankai University and Tsinghua University.
