On June 16-20, 2024, the Workshop on Resurgence Theory in Mathematical Physics was held in Shiing-Shen Building. Organized by Prof. Shanzhong Sun and Prof. David Suazin from Capital Normal University, and Dr. Yong Li from Tsinghua University, the Workshop mainly focused on the hot topics related to resurgence theory in mathematical physics, and attracted over 40 scholars from China, Germany, Australia, the US, Switzerland, Korea, etc.

A total of 15 lectures were delivered during the Workshop on the relationship between WKB method and resurgence theory, the correspondence between Stokes matrices and Riemann-Hilbert problem, application of resurgence theory in supersymmetric quantum field theory, resurgence and state integrals, TBA equations and theta functions. Invited speakers include internationally renowned scholars such as Prof. Sergei Gukov from Caltech, Prof. David Sauzin from Capital Normal University, and Prof. Bin Zhang from Sichuan University; as well as young scholars in China such as Prof. Jie Gu from Southeast University and Prof. Xiaomeng Xu from Peking University.

The Workshop provided a great platform for experts and scholars in the field of resurgence theory to share their work results and further cooperate with each other; as well as offered a learning opportunity for young researchers. It is conducive to the future development of this research field in China.
