2025 Workshop on Analysis, Geometry and Equations held at Nankai University

The 2025 Workshop on Analysis, Geometry and Equations was held at the Chern Institute of Mathematics, Nankai University from December 11 to 14, 2025. Gathering over 50 scholars from universities and research institutes worldwide, including Memorial University of Newfoundland, the University of Science and Technology of China, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the Institute of Applied Physics and Computational Mathematics, Zhejiang Normal University, and Northeastern University, the Workshop aimed to facilitate the exchange of ideas, share the latest research progress in analysis, geometry and equations, explore the cutting-edge topics in depth, and promote the further integration and advancement of related research fields.

The Workshop comprised a total of 17 high-caliber academic talks delivered by a distinguished group of invited speakers, including Professor Jie Xiao (Memorial University of Newfoundland), Professor Wengu Chen (the Institute of Applied Physics and Computational Mathematics), Professor Chunqin Zhou (Shanghai Jiao Tong University), Professor Yong Wei (the University of Science and Technology of China), Professor Yanping Chen (Northeastern University), Professor Baocheng Zhu (Shaanxi Normal University) and Professor Han Hong (Beijing Jiaotong University). The talk sessions were chaired by scholars including Professor Jiecheng Chen (Zhejiang Normal University), Professor Jun Geng (Lanzhou University), Professor Junfeng Li (Dalian University of Technology) and Professor Liguang Liu (Renmin University of China). Many faculty members and students of Nankai University also participated in the event.

The talks focused on cutting-edge interdisciplinary topics across analysis, geometry and equations, with in-depth discussion on several theoretical challenges. The Workshop served as an excellent platform for experts and scholars in related fields to exchange ideas and insights. It also showcased the latest cutting-edge research outcomes and laid a solid foundation for the further advancement of relevant mathematical theories.
