The 4th Workshop on Rota-Baxter Algebras and Related Topics was held at the Chern Institute of Mathematics, Nankai University from July 6 to July 10, 2025. The Workshop was organized by Professor Chengming Bai (Nankai University), Professor Xing Gao (Lanzhou University), Professor Li Guo (Rutgers University-Newark), Professor Yunnan Li (Guangzhou University), Dr. Guilai Liu (Nankai University), Professor Tianshui Ma (Henan Normal University), Professor Jun Pei (Southwest University), Professor Yunhe Sheng (Jilin University), Professor Houyi Yu (Southwest University), Professor Bin Zhang (Sichuan University), Professor Shanghua Zheng (Jiangxi Normal University) and Professor Guodong Zhou (East China Normal University). Attracting over 100 scholars from the US, France and China, the workshop also served as one of the celebratory events marking the 40th anniversary of the Chern Institute of Mathematics.

A total of 21 academic talks were delivered at the workshop by invited speakers, including Professor Tianshui Ma (Henan Normal University), Dr. Jun Jiang (Jilin University), Professor Shoufeng Wang (Yunnan Normal University), Professor Yuanyuan Zhang (Henan University), Professor Xing Gao (Lanzhou University), Dr. Guilai Liu (Nankai University), Dr. Chuangchuang Kang (Zhejiang Normal University), Professor Ce Xu (Anhui Normal University), Professor Abdenacer Makhlouf (Université de Haute-Alsace), Dr. Xiaosong Peng (Jiangsu Normal University) and Dr. Xiaoyan Wang (East China Normal University). These academic talks focused on the latest advancements and future development trends of Rota-Baxter algebras and related topics. The workshop provided a great opportunity for experts and scholars to exchange ideas and insights, and further promoted the development of relevant research fields.
